  6. I like how the Town Council members that were at the meeting last night did not comment about Majersky resigning. You know why? It is because they forced Majersky to resign. Also Randy Niemeyer is an idiot. I think that if he told Majersky what he wanted done and Majersky did try meet those goals, but it is hard to meet them in just a year. I am sorry but Niemeyer makes it sound like Majersky did nothing around town and for the department. I think that is a wrong thing for him to say. As I look in town, Majersky did do a good job. Niemeyer should be thanking Majersky and the department for their jobs and stop trying to run the things at the police department. Instead of worrying about who can be his "bit**" at the department maybe he needs to worry about adding more police officers to the road. They only have 2 officers a shift. Wow! That is scary. I pray for you officers everyday. And Jerry Smith...Good Luck!

  7. I agree Hardwork in CL. People of Cedar Lake wake up....it is 2012. Please realize that Randy Niemeyer is ruining our town and is up to no good. I mean come on tell me why there were 2 police commissioners that left and one is on their way out the door too. It is because Randy Niemeyer is doing something wrong. Maybe the Times needs to ask him that question. He thinks he knows how to run this town but it clearly shows he is incapable of doing that.

    Randy Niemeyer needs to be taken out. The only way to do that is to get the towns people to force him out like he did to Chief Mayersky. Which was the worse move he could have ever done, especially to a man that did nothing wrong.
    Good luck Chief Smith....I hope they don't force you out next year. Watch your back.

  8. Niemeyer...you want a new direction..well why don't you resign from your position. I think that would be the best thing for Cedar Lake. All you are doing is destroying this town up more and more. I think you made a bad decision here saying that Chief Mayersky did not do what you wanted. I am sorry but way to go Mayersky by not becoming one of their little monkeys. All Niemeyer wants is a Chief in there that does whatever he wants. NIEMEYER PLEASE RESIGN!!! Do us all a favor before all the important people in town leave.
