Excellent post - I so agree! I wish someone would tell me where we are suppose to move to that this will never happen to my neighborhood. Gangs are everywhere and we need to take a stand. Ran from Chicago to Indiana. Now the Chicago clowns have come to Indiana. What geographical area is next...north, south, east or west?

According to online documents, Hammond Housing Authority, not the folks that LIVE in the complex, are responsible for cutting the lawn and trimming in front of their unit. How do I get a deal like that for my house? Let's give them cheap houses and no responsibility! Duh...
