Why would anyone support this mall when they refuse to respond and censor?

Bottom line here is that if WE want change this is the way to do it. Call, email, comment, fax, do something. You want your mall back? This is how you do it.
Im a father of 3 young children and often visit the mall during the day with them. They love going on the Merry Go Round and getting a cookie. We play at the playground in the mall as well. Normally its no issue and I havent seen a lot of what others describe here however after recent events I will no longer going to the mall. My children and their safety are more important than any pride I take in supporting our community. I will have little comfort in saying to myself "I supported my community and I didnt give in to violent people" when Im laying one of my children to rest. I grew up in South Chicago and I knew where to go and where not to go. There is no pride lost in choosing to not shop at the mall but there is pride in protecting my family as well as myself. Its very sad that this area is not protected adequately. It is far too often that I hear about crime in or around the mall and I simply cannot subject myself or my family to it. I will be avoiding that area at all costs.
Reach out to people I included above and demand action. We can do this together.
