Ready in another paper that the two where walking down the street with their handguns showing. The officer talked to them and they refused to show the officer their permits for the guns. They said something about how they didn't need to and how they won't. So the officer arrested them for refusal to aid police. Turns out that they did have the permits to carry the guns though.
