It is amazing how some people speak before they think or know the facts. If soneone taking more of your land that you still have to pay taxes on and cant really use anymore to push twice the amount of product thru with the new tar sands being much more hazardes to my family winning the lottery. If you would have read the articles in the past about all of this yoy would have know that they are not paying much more than chump change for this and only a few of us have fought enough to be able to say that we have pushed them to no longer take the 90 feet they wanted and work inside what they already own and not pay us anything because we dont even want them here. So please understand they are stealing property from people leagaly.

i sure wish it was cheap, but again someone making a assumption who has know idea what they are talking about but thats part of putting something in the paper. There will always be that person who speeks before thinking.

i cant plant trees there but like the last one they wont maintain it for 40 years like this one here now. Unlike other pike line companys that maintain their easement once in awhile not NEVER!

I find it funny that someone not even bothered by this thinks it is just about money! How about i have a 3 yeaar old son that loves his back yard playing and my dreams of building him his first tree fort in the back yard that will never happen now unless you know of a way to build one in a tree 10 feet tall and won't even support his weight let alone a tree fort. So again if you would like to stop by and see what they are doing i welcome you to stop and then make a educated comment.

i wish they would run the pipe line thru your yard too and leave me alone. i was happy before they got here and don't need them here either!

Let me start by saying i am the younger person in the article and it has nothing to do with money! My address was listed in the paper and i welcome any one of you who has a dought in you mind it isn't about money to stop by and i will show you the destruction they will be doing to my yard. They can plant as many trees as they want but i will never in my life time have the size trees back on this property that are here now . I bought this property with a aged wooded back yard not a golf course with new trees. We have asked a number of times why they cant come across just south of our street where there is nothing but farm fields and they are just determined that it is their way or no way. We have offered to work with them on different occasions but again it doesnt matter they will do what they want. I have no problem with the easement for the new line at all, what i do have a problem with is the 65 feet of easement wiping out all of my trees because it is easier to do that than to work on top of their easement they already have. If they told me they only wanted the easement for the line and would work in their other easement and not destoy the look of my yard i would sign the contract in a minute. So before you throw out assumptions please get alittle more informend on the situation and have the whole story.
