- How can they charge her with several counts of misdemeanor drunk and driving? Seems to me she is only one person and unless she got back in her car and drove they can only charge her once. Either way I hope this young lady wakes up before her life is ruined.

- Cut and clear how? It says it cannot be determined if the bullet recovered from Amanda body is from the same group of cartridges provided by Mr. McCowan. It could have come from a few different types and makes of gun. DNA is not easy to get rid of. Many innocent people were sent to prison until they came up with this DNA testing. I just cannot see how none of Dustin's DNA was found anywhere if in fact he did this. Still to many unanswered questions to take this kids life from him. Save your comments because I am entitled to my opinion and so far based on what has been said no rightful jury will be able to convict him.

- I wasn't being rude, just wish people would read it right. To cover up is to hide evidence. To make a person look guilty is to plant evidence. The shirt showing up three days later? After the area has already been searched. No DNA from Dustin on it? Seems to me unless that shirt had a pair of legs somebody put it there. I also beg to differ with you about being able to identify someone on these county roads. Unless you have night vision or came to a complete stop there is no way in heaven you would be able to identify someone looking like Justin Timberlake. Sure you may be able to identify their clothing, whether it was light or dark but that's about it.

I never said the cops were covering up, what I said was "that when cops want evidence to point in a direction they have a way to make that happen" I don't know how many of you have ever driven through Wheeler, but at night you can't see two feet in front of you much less be able to describe someone!!!!! (Justin Timberlake).

Was there other DNA on that shirt besides Amanda? There are just too many unanswered questions about all this. When police want evidence to point to someone they have their ways to make that happen. I just hope that the people on the jury take everything into consideration. I would hate to see this young mans life be taken away from him if in fact he did not do it. I have my doubts.

- Glad you are not on the jury, because unless you were there and seen Dustin shoot Amanda then you really don't know if he did it or not. People are suppose to be innocent until proven guilty but in Porter County it is GUILTY until proven innocent.
