Wow Bigtoe, you are obviously not who you claim to be, but your comment is entertaining! The behavior that " Mr. J" has exhibited is not one condoned in the workplace today. A superior does not hit, kick , touch or any of the above to any employee, there are laws that protect against this behavior. Not sure where you have retired from but you have my sympathy, if you think this is acceptable. Mr. J's hiring was a political favor, from a councilman, he had no qualifications for the job, and possessed no civil eengineering degree! Highland's politics are not short of East Chicago and their nonsense, for example "Mr. J"s new curb, on his driveway that he got shortly after he was awarded the job, and one of the councilmens trees being cut down by the town employees while working and using town equipment. Maybe if we got some professionals to run our town, it would be a better place!
