Another unemployable relative of an elected official. And the taxpayers foot the bill for all the back pay, benefits back pay, and legal work associated with this employee who should have never been hired in the first place.

Old Dog, Since you seem to be the "expert" on Obamacare, please provide cite in which of the 2,700 pages I can find where Obamacare retroactively effects pension matter that is 13 years old? Is it in the legislation? Or in the Administrative Code?
