Copeland appointed this dockmaster idiot, kept a bunch of other idiots from the Pabey gang, and you really think it's gonna get much better? Copeland is a mayor that operates in the shadows. He figures if he doesn't say anything, he doesn't have to answer for anything. He still has never said natty boo about the indicted tax cheating councilman and continues to believe that he can do the job effectively with minimum educational qualifications.
