Mr. Weiss COMPASSIONATE?! Oh yes, compassionate about making his money grow at others expense. This deal is impeciable timing to fund his so called luxury apartments he is trying to shove through to avoid the increase in capital gains.

@ 1960.... We are not trying to save our corn fields and we are not opposed to development. However, the development we would like to see is single family homes. This land is zoned residential, we all knew that when we purchased our homes. Also, thank you bringing up Mr. Snyder. He appears to be a consultant in this project. We all know his background and his questionable projects, one more reason these "luxury apartments" are laughable. Thank you for your concern on this matter.

I strongly encourage anyone who is against the rezoning to attend the meeting on Tuesday. This proposal if passed, would be detrimental to our community, our schools and most importantly our children's safety. Imagine if your subdivision was threatened with the possibility of a collector street that would result in 500 or more cars speeding through your family neighborhood.
