It is a fact that a 16 year old can consent to sex with a 55 year old man.
The girl transported her self unless the guy carried her into the car.
He did not break the law they charged him with and he is insane to plead guilty to that, but prosecutors have their way to trick or mind fu.ck people into pleading to things they did not do.

Again it was not abuse and it was consentual sex.
It was a 16 year old young adult that wanted to have a relationship with an other man. The age is irrelevant as both sides were legally able to consent.
Accept it and move on.

10 years for consentual sex while murderers get 4 years is just wrong.

They had sex in states that were 16 years old for the age of consent, so the sex was legal.
A 16 year old choosing to be the passenger in someones car is not a crime.
He is only guilty of being an employee a school school district and having sex with a student in that district. That does not warrant 10 years in jail.
In michigan its called "Criminal sexual conduct" and that kind of 3rd degree felony could = no jail time and just probation
In Indiana its called "Seduction" and that kind of class D felony can = no jail time and 5 years probation

Basically you have a guy that if convicted should get no jail time.
The prosecutor is just trying to put a non violent guy who had legal sex in jail for 10 years. It is joke and a huge waste of tax dollars.

If this guy is guilty then the 16 year old should also be guilty and get an equal sentence. These laws were violated by two consenting people.

I just laugh that morons are posting on here like the girl was a 5 year old child when she was a 16 year old young adult high school student who knew exactly what she was doing.
Typically girls do this when they want nice presents from older men with money.

Prosecutors have no problem charging 16 year old as adults for crimes.

A 16 year old is not a child, they are a young adult.

They are using laws that are made to convict child predators and rapists.
This loser had legal sex with someone and the laws are being used wrongly against him.
As I said if I murderer only gets 4 years in jail, why does some guy having legal sex get 10??
