  1. i dont see how honeybee says there is no proof. There isnt a gun or dna that without a doubt links him to this. But there is enough substantial evidence that without a doubt links him to this crime. Anyone that commits a crime is going to try to get rid of any evidence there is. Hide the gun (he told an inmate he burried it), wipe away dna (he washed his clothes at 1am). He said too many damaging statements along the way that links him to this.

    The justice system is flawed anyway, 60 years can turn into 30 years because of overcrowding and "reabilitation" We as a society need to go the other way and instead of 60 years turning into 30 years, make it 1 day in prision, then execute murderers. That will make room in the jails for theives and whatnot, instead of giving them a slap on the wrist and let back into society.

  2. I just cant see how someone could honestly think he was innocent. I know there wasnt a gun found, or DNA on the car or a lot of "evidence" but that is what the guilty do, they try thier best to get rid of it so it is hard to pin it on them. Dustin tried to get rid of any evidence he could. I am glad that the jurors saw this and saw the truth, through the deception and lies the defense was trying to disprove. You have to be pretty ignorant to thnk he is innocent.
