Jim Fixx had heart disease and did not know it, but with better health for all as an included goal
of cycling more are thinking about their overall health and are smarter than Jim Fixx was.

Worth mentioning that in addition to networks in the towns we will also be close to the American Discovery Trail, and the networks will help provide routes into NW Indiana towns and Lake Michigan. And, some are already using and making their own networks to come in from Chicago in a variety of rides (Climate Cycle, tour de Shore, and many just on their own).

The new Bike Route Map helps make all this possible. Jim Fixx really missed it, as does
JBird.
