That gun story under the couch is a fake story,,but very creative,,He just tried to make the jury think that someone in that house could of stole it befor the murder, thus,trying to create ''reasonable doubt'',,,,Jury didn't buy that concocted lie,,,oh ya , I was looking fur my flashlight and ma gun went missing befor Amanda got killed,,it coulda been someone other then my little heathen that killed her since the missing gun was also a 38,, Nice try

  5. salvo, their are many prisons that have choir during church in prison, some have bands, you would be surprised what some prisons have to pre-occupy inmates, I didn't mean throw throw the bologna sandwich- but they sure don't give it to you on a silver serving tray, just a little tip salvo- if you ever go to prison- tell them your Jewish- because the food is much better, prisons cater to all religious beliefs or health needs as far as chow goes, kosher,halal, low fat,low sodium, baked or boiled instead of fried, diabetic meals, But it's still a living helll for the first timers [murderers]for many years, they never trust you and you have to earn a little trust after a long time, daisy will be with junkies, HIV INFECTED PEOPLE, people with hepatitis , if he doesn't act like a fool and respects others he will do better in there after awhile but he can't let even a 80 year old inmate punk him out, if he joins a prison gang that's worse for him, if he rats on anyone for even getting beat up or any little reason - he's screwed.I know all this because I watch real prison programs on TV

  6. HERE IS YOUR PROBABLE CAUSE ! woman neighbor sees cop car the nite of murder at the house,,cellmate says that murderer tells him dad went and got victims cell phone,,So then it's the prosecutors job to indict and then let a jury decide who is telling the truth and who is not.

    Well soon we all will know what prison the murderer goes to,,,will it be Indiana State Prison,,Wabash Valley,,or Pendelton,,,,I'm guessing Indiana State Prison in michagan city or Wabash,,,either of the 3 are shirt holes and filled with murderers,rapists, strong armed robbers, and all around thugs, Daisy rite now at the diagnostic center, no visitors and locked up for 23/7 and probly shareing a cell,,he will prbly be there 2 - 12 weeks until they figure out where they will send him for the next 28 years,,can you imagine being in a 7x10 room and maybe with a roommate for 23/7 with your toilet,sink,bed,living room,dinning room, tv room all in that 7x10 cell with no outside window and maybe a small cell door window,,and some guard throwing you a bologna sandwich threw the doors service window and when you do leave your cell your cuffed/chained/legs shackled and a dog leash on the waist chain,,,thats how it's goona be for daisy for quite awhile,,He deserves every seconed of it.

Any large amount of money found in a traffic stop with drugs is considerd drug money and will not be returned,,any amount of large monies in a traffic stop will only be returned after you show proof of where it came from,,,,The police depts., will split up the cash accordingly ,, Their have been many past traffic stops where very large amounts of money was found--usualy the people say that they have no idea where the money came from or how it got in the car, the police take the money and give you a receipt - then let you go, even though they suspect its drug money,,

The lady neighbor said she seen a cop car at daisys house but daddy said he had proof he was working,,is their eyewitness proof he was?,,This gentleman Wade said daddy went and got the cellphone from an abandoned house,,this Wade guy gotta be telling the truth.How elese would Wade know about details of this house. You can be sure if the prosecution team indicts Elliot Mc. that they will have enough on him to get a conviction and all you will hear Elliot say from the stand is '' I don't recall '' '' I can't remember '' or I plead the FIFTH...Honestly,,if you do get indicted Elliot,,my advise is to cop a plea bargain like your kid should of done,,look where it got him 60 years instead of maybe 25,,take a plea,lose the job, maybe do 5 years instead of 20,,move out the area and be a laborer, dishwasher, fast food cook at a truck stop, or whatever you can do as a former police officer,,sorry Dude; but it don't look good if they indict you
