both parties are to blame. we were all 15 once, I remember what my intelligence level was. they BOTH were in the wrong but mostly they BOTH knew what they were doing. this is just as much her fault but she's not in jail is she? unfortunately the law doesn't go both ways, it's perfecty fine for her to play the innocent one.
