  1. From what I hear Edward was raised in a violent home where numerous father figures abused him, a young age up. Now with that being said, how far would you figure in those circumstances would any person snap. Mother gives up her children to some random man, who throws Edward out onto the streets at a very young age, to fend for him self. no shelter, no food, no resorces to make it an everyday livimg. How many times will you be abused by a man who beats you on a frequent basis. As for the army, they diagnosed him with schizophrenia and wanted him to serve his country, until his mental illness worsened. The victim brought drugs into the home used them infront of who ever was around and then abused them.there were also talk of victim attempting sexual behavior toward Edward, with Edward resisting. He should of only served a MINIMUM of 5 years and then sentenced to a rehabilitation center. HELLO FOLKS, WHAT DO PRISONS DO? Answer: teach criminals to become bigger and better criminals. Solution: I agree In serving time, but I also agree on an exit treatment facility. We as tax payer spent over 900,000 just on this case, for a poor defense attorney, who had worked a grand total of 3 hours on this case in a total of 3 years. You can judge this situation negativley, or you can figure out ways we can avoid tragedies such as these, by learning from them and intervening at an earlier stage.

    Most of criminal has served his/time. It would be cheaper in the long run as well
