- It is amazing to me how we as a city voted to allow the Oprisko’s the opportunity to represent our city and speak for the people. Never in my life have I seen such negativity come from two people. If the Mayor or school Superintendent were to make a statement notifying the city that Halloween will once again be on October 31st – they both would argue some crazy irrational idea on how the Mayor or Superintendent is way off base. Tell them the sky is blue and they will argue with the person making the claim. I wish just once you could read where either one of them had something positive to say about the city publicly. In their poor attempt to rule the city, they make out home town look bad. The Mayor did nothing wrong in taking a trip to Florida with a friend and a long investigation will just eat up tax payer dollars that we can ill afford to waste. Next time either Oprisko is up for re election – we need to vote them out!!
