Car 54 do you know Dustin personally? LOL How can you call some one arrogant when you've never spoken to them. Or his father for that matter..... why is he cocky? Because a grieving, upset, understandably heartbroken father says he was?

I just don't understand where you are all coming up with this 'strong' case that the prosecution has. I don't see it. What I do see is people convicting this young man based off emotions & not fact. She is a beautiful young woman who tragically lost her life. Everyone wants to jump at the first person who appears guilty because it makes them feel safe. God forbid they got the wrong guy and this animal is still walking around. Everything that the prosecution laid out in the beginning is falling apart in my opinion... remember the 90 pieces of DNA they had? Not Dustins, not on her or in her car. And no DNA of his on HER. Why didn't they take ANYONE else's DNA for the purpose of exclusion? Maybe because they were afraid of finding DNA that conflicts with their theory? The missing gun?? If you told me that they could positive This cell phone 'science' is terrible. Just terrible, and yes I know, I work with it. The science is just about exact when it's LIVE not when you're checking on it the day after. And what about this missing gun? While it's fishy, the gun that killed Amanda COULD have been that gun, but it also COULD have been 9 other guns. There is no 'smoking' gun in this case..... reasonable doubt exists here. I know that no one wants to hear that, but it does. I wonder what all the people who have said guilty from before the trial even started will say if he is found to be not guilty. Its a sad situation, and I just don't feel that this case is solid. I pray for both families, because that's what right. I'm thankful I didn't get picked, I can't imagine having this burden.

I think you should read the Chesterton Tribune before you say its 'the strongest pieces of evidence the prosecution has so far'. I don't agree at all... those are barely educated guesses from what I'm reading.

Because that completely makes sense! They didn't have the $$$$ to pay him, but they DID have the money to pay Voga..... LOL Doesn't appear to make much sense, huh? I've 'heard' terrible things about Harper actually, that have nothing to do with this case!

WHAC-A-MOLE Even though I don't agree with your train of thought, what about DNA on HER.... you're trying to tell me they were able to erase all DNA? They DO have DNA, over 90 pieces, and none of it is Dustins. None. So....... yea. Even if we go with your cover up theory, then they would have had to plant over 90 pieces of DNA. 90.

I agree completely, it doesn't say HUNTER GREEN, it says GREEN OR MAROON and there is a HUGE difference! Credibility = none for me now.

^^^ Agrees. That entire post is NONSENSE. Don't you think if the prosecution could PROVE that either his mother or stepmother was there, they would have? Heck, they can't even prove that his Dads squad car was at home when the neighbor says it was. Matter of fact, wasn't there an earlier article (long ago) that CPPD could PROVE that his dad was in fact, IN CP during this time.... how easily that is forgotten. I'm just not convinced that he is guilty. Show me some DNA, show me some fingerprints in her vehicle. Give me something other than two neighbors accounts that really don't match.
