  2. They said he was not promised anything..... and who in their right minds would believe that? And yes that idiot knew he was going to be "rewarded", why else would a filthy criminal testify? And finally, who said that any of this would be used for a new trial? This is the way a dirty system works

  3. who knows?......until his retrial, probably in another county where the prosecutors will have to practice real law
April 01, 2013 4:55 pm on For murder trial testimony, man gets jailtime break
  4. Not promised anything? really? Porter County prosecutors are bottom of my shoe scum, just like this worthless "witness". Im sure they went after him full force when they wanted to put him away, spending $$$$$ , then treated him like gold when they "needed" him. Read about this so called witness that they have decided to release early into the public.

  5. I wonder if the Defense even bothered to question the fact that this was the second time that the jail house snitch has come to court "to be a better man".......

He also testified in February 2011 .........

Daniel Grunhard, who spent time in the same jail cell block as Tillery, said Tillery told him he intended to kill a co-worker that day.

  9. Nice...lets spend tens of thousands of tax payors dollars trying to convict a then 14 year old boy accused of having sex with his not yet 14 year old girlfriend.

So what makes this girl decide to go to the authorities now? And is this really Indiana law, a boy of 14 can be charged as an adult? Someone tell me.....

  10. Let me add one more thing..........unless a person has the funds to hire a well known attorney,,,,,

The pizza thief will be charged and found guilty with felonies .......while the thug charged with armed robbery who hired the attorney will plea down to a misdemeanor
