- My prayers for the victims. The ones we know of and the ones who suffer in silence. My son recently disclosed his abuse to me. I am beyond shocked at the response and lack of investigation by the Porter D.C.S. and Valparaiso Police Dept. I have since learned how Porter County sweeps this under the rug. The D.C.S case manager told me " This doesn't happen here in Valparaiso, only in rural places like North Judson". Anyone on Facebook please check out my page portercountyagainstchildsexabuse.
