I believe Cline Avenue needs to be rebuilt. Take out the 'S' curves and add more lanes to accommodate travelers, Mill and Casino workers. A high speed rail straight to Chicago would help also. Building an airport that is hard to access is a death sentence

High speed rail to Indianapolis makes more sense than to Ghetto Detroit., 75 minutes to Indianapolis would be big benefit for Students and residents.

Hey MACK- Its not TAX Dollars! It's stimulus Funds! This is the money that they print. It's kind of like a tax though. Since it de-values any savings or investment money you may have. This is the fast track to Inflation.
Its better off spreading this newly created money around here, then handing out to the Foreign banks like they usually do.
