  1. WHY is the Times publishing for Lost Marsh, a municipally owned facility? Did Lost Marsh pay for this article? Of course not. So is the Times going to publish the opening dates and greens fees of all the privately owned golf courses in NWI? I smell fish and it's coming from the publishing office of the Times.

  2. True. So true. The digital P-T is worse than a nascar race; the entire website is plastered with ads. The pop-up ads are unrelenting. I feel like I'm playing whack-a-mole when I go to the P-T website by having to constantly close the pop-up ads. AND, the P-T website requires a paid subscription to view the on-line paper. The P-T is in a tailspin. Good riddance.

  5. BFD. So what. White has done nothing illegal. He's spending his money. The interchange is necessary and a great addition to the area. What is it that you have contributed to your community McFlyer or are you just one of those sideline complainers? My guess is the latter. Stop being such a McDouche and give praise where's its due.

  6. Dean White is donating his money. Let that sink in for a minute. It's his money. Not anyone elses. It's his. He can burn his money on his back yard if wants. He can pick up the dog feces with it if he wants. It's none of anyone's business what he does with HIS money. He has no need to answer to any of the nay sayers. The man deserves everyone's adulation and thanks for his generosity. The sports complex is a great addition to the town. Additionally it brings in revenue to the town so the idea of it wasted money is absurd. Congratulations Dean White and thank you for your generosity to your community.

  7. I agree Resident voter but ask yourself this, when is the last time you saw a Indiana Highway Patrol car traveling I-94? They never do. I can only speculate as to why, but I have $100 that says the trucker's lobby is paying a few bucks keep our lousy patrolmen from writing tickets.

  9. Additionally Moby, in regard to your statement that no evidence has been produced to prove global warming is not man made is like a prosecutor saying the defendant must prove his/her innocence. You're backwards with your thinking. The alarmists must provide the proof which you have failed to do time after time. Yet the skeptics have provided substantial evidence to disprove the climitists.

    To the contrary of you statement regarding peer review. The man-made global scientists consistantly refuse to submit their findings for peer review. Those that have been submitted have been found, at best, faulty and at worst completely wrong. There are over 30,000 scientists that have signed on debunking man-made global warming. You want facts? Here's a few: Co2 by man is but 1% of all greenhouse gas, interior Arctic ice is expanding and not contracting, arctic ice makes up less than 10% of all ice on earth, antarctic ice makes up over 80% of the worlds ice and is expanding, weather data used by man-made climatists is manipulated by reducing the number of weather reporting stations and by using algorithms that artificially increase the temperature data, and climatist scientists have been proven to lie and manipulate data a la Climate-Gate. The list against man-made global warm can on and on. Your scientists refuse to debate the issues with scientist who refute man-made global warming. There can be only one reason for the refusal, they are afraid of their own faulty data.
