The true facts are that the current administration of the NLS attempts to over extend both its jurisdiction and ownership. The NLS has a pattern of encroaching on its neighbors, whether State, municipalities or private landowners. The NPS Rangers spend much of their time and tax payers dollars harassing nearby property owners and attempting to regulate their activities on private property and town property. They spend very little or not time deterring visitors from trespassing and littering on private properties nearby. Maybe they should spend more time learning about where their jurisdiction begins and ends....
