This is Great....will be sure to vote out the council member that did not look after the people with the rezoning of the property off Evans. Will be looking for BIG CHANGES in the Valparaiso City Government at next election. Time for some people to find something new to mess up!

What truly is scary is that the city had not held previous developers accountable for what they "told the city" they would do. Pine Creek is a prime example....the developer was "suppose" to have a park in one of the common areas....it was to have Pine trees planted all along the boundry line bewtween the subdivision and Indiana 49. This was never done. No accountability. When talking to the city it was tossed back at the developer....but if they do not hold him accountable then I am sure this trend will continue. Afterall past behavior predicts future behavior. So who is to be trusted that anything they say would be done will actually happen? Use the land for single family homes as it was designed for!

I think we should build these apartments near the Mayors house and City Council Members houses. I am sure that they would love it!!! As the residents that have been paying taxes in the area will NOT LOVE IT! Need to make changes in the lack luster leadership of Valparaiso. I am just curious who was paid off for this to happen????

I also urge all to boycott Wise Ways....I use to be a regular shopper and since this came up...I have gone to Town and Country....will NEVER shop at Wise Way again....

Looking to move now before property values drop to much....

Thanks City of Valpariso for costing me so much money....but it is not about the citizens of Valpo...it is all about the selfish leadership of this city!
