   Yea that's right the only people they want around those casino boats that are parked in the riparian / littoral zones are politicians , grandmothers & grandfathers and people who are bipolar in their highs throwing away everything they have.
   
   There are no family values frills whatsoever around that pit full of vipers.

Stop the city of Gary from misusing federal funds like they openly did with Marquette Plan funding for the city of Gary the records are there and the city misused the funding in spite of my world wide complaints Re National Parks Service case Number 2740-16-12 No equal opportunity to fish in Gary Indiana where the city went on a shopping spree with the $28 million dollars see all my complaints @ https://www.facebook.com/RegionPlanning?ref=ts&fref=ts
   
   The funding was to get us access to the shores of Lake Michigan and it was not for fixing up Pavilions like the city of Gary did per the RDA.
   
   Here is what the RDA told Whiting about the Marquette Plan Funding and what it does not supposed to be used for like the city of Gary has done and will have to pay back the entire $28 million dollars.
   
   "(The RDA) is funding the accessibility to the lake, the boardwalk, the shoreline, and those types of things,” Kark said. “What they are not funding is like repairs to the pavilion. They're not funding the gazebo.”
   
   We would have settled for a dirt road to the break walls but no they spit in our face and talked to us like we are stupid little children.

The Journalist of Northwest Indiana are complicit in the crimes against humanity re the Mayor of Gary and the head of the health department not sounding the Alarm about the men and women who have been fishing in the Grand Calumet River AKA the Miller Marquette Park Lagoon per my letter from Suzanne Headman they placed the blame squarely on the city of Gary and the Mayor instead of publicly letting the world know how badly the current and previous administrators have failed the public she is trying to quietly sweep it under the rug with the help of the local rags.

   The letters have been posted all over the world and on the internet but no action has been taken by the Mayors office and that is the reason for the dredging that is supposed to occur in a couple of months that will not remedy the problem because the fish are toxic!
