  1. ckurtz...My point is parents were not notified and "High Alert" to walking distance away schools is not acceptable at this level of threat. All Hanover Schools went on lock down for the "Honey Bee Killer" in Lowell...LOCKDOWN!!!! We were notified of that. My children were at the High School and Middle School and I deserved to be notified and had the right to know!! We all did. To learn about it online and Face book is unacceptable and making excuses for poor performance on the part of the administration is just a disservice to the students who were in harms way.

  2. As a parent of Hanover students why weren't we notified of this threat at all!! This is completely unacceptable!! The school board and administrators failed the parents and community at all levels!! He was also in walking distance of the High School and Middle School and they were NOT on lock down!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
