  1. to all interested parties....
Take a quick look at the other posts from mac220
You will find nothing but disdain on a variety of subjects with no facts or figures
to back up those statements. There are also no suggestions regarding a possible
alternative.(Sounds as lot like our latest election playing out again. one party told us all of the things that were wrong but could not offer plans to fix anything)

I suggest that nothing said of Mr. Hutchins soccer capabilities will satisfy mac220.

Since mac220 makes no claims of soccer coaching expertise, by way of credentials
or training, or even experience, we should assume that they are a casual fan.
Maybe even a dedicated fan, complete with the same color shirt as his favorite team.

Maybe that dedicated fan is just ignorant, forgive me-uninformed,
on what it takes to run a program -or to fix some of the chinks in the armor of this program.

It also follows then, that what is required to understand
the game, and to provide the required expertise to others, would also elude mac220

The questions becomes -How do you fix the problem?
You cannot recruit players from other schools-not legal!

As in the case in professional sports, you cannot fire the whole team!
So you find a new coach. The best scenario indicates a coaching change.
That has been done-live with it.
The decision has been made by competent people who are required to show "due diligence" in the selection of a new coach.

I am pleased with the discussion here and thank you for the opportunity to
    voice my opinion.
To mac220 I would suggest a watch and learn approach.
If that does not suit your needs turn Jerry Springer back on.

As a sidebar it should be noted that the Hobart team struggled in the recent past-look
at the stats. The questions then becomes -How do you fix the problem?
You cannot recruit players from other schools-not legal!
You cannot fire the whole team and start over-impractical and foolish!
