If you were at the meeting you would of heard Alass put her foot in her mouth. The low bidder that was RR, because false reports were created on their existing work. They awarded Phase 111 to VMad Alice amigo in July saying Chem Check was not a responsible bidder due to workmanship on phase 11. Funny that they inspected, accepted there work and paid them, before there silly false reports came out 2 months later. Mr joe from Chem Check brought a copy from news Post Tribune, GVT quotes decision came from Scheub and Rick Niemeyer and advisory board members all agreeing to give contract to Vmad. Alice was called out about that and ADMITTED yes because of an issue with an old project the Griesel Ditch. Mr Joe pointed out to her that the county resolved that with Mr Joe in paying for $47K in materials and he provided the labor for free. So which one is the real reason why the contract was awarded to Vmad? cannot be BOTH

Would you like to get together, so I can show you the statements in Black and White invoices. The several recent projects that are not finished yet 99% paid for . I could take you to the sites and see for yourself. Why don't you just contact the Lake County Park Dept they will not lie, they have no reason to. So where is the extra money going to, hundreds of thousands we are talking about. Oh it is your money too you do pay taxes in Lake County. Another thing why is there a change order on EVERY contract, tens of thousands each time for certain contractors.

The Feds will cut a deal with GVT for a less sentence or maybe no time if they get the goods on others, the big Fish Gerry is what they would really like too. The Old crook should retire on his farm like a PIG. He could have been a heck of a car salesman or could star in the movies.

I guess I was wrong my last post said that a mistake or miscommunication could of happened with that other job Spring Street Ditch. Look it is the same contractor Oras who is involved with this corruption. GVT I am very disappointed in you. this is a pattern that should be investigated.

Comment on the Spring Street Project, even though contractor was paid 185K out of 191,000 before the end of year for 90% of work. I think I heard that only 35% was completed at payment time. There could easily have been a miscommunication, or a mistake. I do not believe that this could ever happen again and was just a one time incident.
