Why do we have to weigh 'mitigating factors'. He knew right from wrong when he shot at police. He knew he did something wrong and didn't want to be caught. I believe that negates all of the mitigating factors.

Nice title to this article. From what did Griffith escape? Of course Coach Dorsuleski wasn't happy. He isn't used to losing to Griffith.
