I been following this hobart police thing for awhile now and I kinda feel sorry for the exchief. Seems to me he got the job when things were a mess and he tried to clean it up. Makes me wonder what mayor snedecor meant when he said he wanted to go in another direction. I think the chief got the dirty end of the stick.
