good luck finding someone who is going to buy materials and pay employees to do the work while waiting for your penny.. 50% or less down, remainder at completion with signed and notarized contracts to illustrate the deal is the way to do it.

you don't like that your employer isn't paying for your health insurance. OK terrific. why dont you direct your disdain toward its rightful target? you're buying into a control mechanism which keeps all of the people down. dont be an idiot and demand that your employer pay for your healthcare.
