Silly how everyone assumes that drugs are just a Hammond problem. It may be where all the addicts from S.town end up because they can't afford their previous standard of living, but drugs are not the norm for the typical Hammond resident of today. I am willing to bet that quite a few of the patrons at Do-do's are not even from Hammond. The serious drugs originate where the money is from and the truth is, there really isn't a lot of money in Hammond.

This is really a shame. I would like to have access to the criteria. I can speak from experience that it is not the teachers in Hammond. I am impressed by the level of dedication I see in these teachers.
