- My husband was hit by a drunk driver last sept. The driver broke his neck. Now remember this was last sept 2011. The guy rear ended my husband sitting at a stop sign. His blood alcohol was .17. Here we are 1 year later 3 continuous so far allowed by court, pressuring the prosecutor ( by the way we have no say so it's up to the state to prosecute) and now his crappy lawyer said there is knew discovery. As my husband said walking out of court discover this you were drunk, you rear ended me, you broke my neck. Now we don't go back to January. He was charged with a felony. Lake County is a joke on OWI we have seen it every time we go to court. They keep letting them slide.

- I feel your pain, but why would you buy a house so close to a school. The school was there first. I agree if you buy a home by a racetrack, school, etc knowing it was there first, you really don't have the option to say anything.
