  2. Good ole boys! Obviously this guy is a tool. We all deal with bosses, some good and some bad. This is just one of many issues with the the town of highland. Police department employees kids getting off when the get in trouble. A certain police commander doing real estate deals from his desk on town time. Police officers moonlighting at local stores for extra cash while using town owned vehicles. I see all the town supervisors have nice new cars that they take home. Why would you need to have a company vehicle for personal use when you live minutes away from your office! What happened with the theft of the scrap money. ten of thousands of dollars were stolen. B.J.'s predecessor committed suicide not long after this was brought to light. Rumor has it his supervisors were also involved in this theft. We have heard nothing else on this matter. How about town counsel members that were also employees of the town collecting a big check for medical insurance because they thought that was a double benefit. They did finally stop that ... did they have to repay that money! NO! Are employees also stealing from the town. You bet they are! Everyone better watch there backs. A day of reckoning is coming.
