Today's technology (ie internet, facebook, twitter, smartphones) have given teenagers a different avenue/outlet to do what they've always done, which is being teenagers......it isn't right what they did, not by a long shot,, ..but since when have teenagers always done what is "proper"...teens grow up (we'll most,), mature (most), and learn a "lil bout life along the way, and regardless of whether they pass those values down to their own children someday, it's almost a guarantee that their children, and their children, and their children, all the way on down the family tree, when that ever important tween/teen threshold is crossed, something will occur that makes people gasp and shake their head in disbelief ....teens will be doing things they shouldn't do until the day the earth explodes...... and the 'ol " no way, no not my baby" defense will continue to be spouted by unsuspecting and naive parents who tend to forget that they were once that age, and also pushed the limits as well, just because they could.

State Excise police officers are empowered by statute to enforce the laws and rules of the Alcohol & Tobacco Commission as well as the laws of the State of Indiana regarding alcohol and tobacco........so rape, child molesters, and drug dealers (for the most part), they have nothing to do with......but yes, BS nonetheless.. .
