1. What happened to he Dept of Energy, which was created following the oil crisis of 1973 by another great Democrat, Jimmy Carter? Their mission was to find alternatives to oil so we could reduce our dependence on OPEC. Another waste of taxpayer money that still exists but does . . . what?

  2. Perhaps those elected to office should be paid minimum wage with no life/health insurance, etc., and not retirement benefits. Once their terms are completed, they go return to their regular full time jobs and benefits

  3. Each retailer has it's own special blend that it sells, so even though the basic product (stock) all came from the same tank, as it is being pumped from the tank into the semi tanker truck it is being blended to have specific additives that that particular retailer wants put into the fuel.

  6. Maybe you could start a business where you clean the snow off people's solar panels! Or, maybe something where you retrofit the panels with wires that heat up to keep the panels snow free during the winter!

  8. Yes, he's in rehab. More than llikely at some pricey place near Tucson where the Hollywood types like Lindsy Lohan went to kick the habit. No prob though. He's got good health insurance to cover it. Our tax dollars at work! If you or I needed care of the same type, we'd end up at Cook County Hospital, or Our Lady of Mercy if we were really lucky. Obamacare, Shmobamacare. The only health care program the American people should accept is the same program that Mr. Jackson and the other members of Congress have. Until they start having to follow the same laws that they enact for the rest of the country, we're all screwed. Just like Bill Clinton, they all "Feel our pain", but they just can't reach us.
