- What in the heck is wrong with most of you people? The comments you have made are sickening, however, I in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM condone what they did. I am a law-abiding citizen & just like you, get mad when things like this happen too, but to stoop so low as to say that these kids deserved what they got! Come on now!!!!!! Do we all make stupid mistakes? YES. Some are more severe than others, as you can see in this article. Some of us escape the consequences of the stupid mistakes we make & have the opportunity to better ourselves so does that make us any better of a person? Go look in the mirror! People do drugs, beat their kids, beat their spouses, cheat, lie, steal, rape & drink & drive but you don't get caught so you're "untouchable & perfect" right? I agree they should NOT have been stealing & if the two were still alive they should haven been punished but heck, what if your so called "stupid" child did something senseless & everyone in the paper bashed them? Especially if they died or ended up in the hospital?? Oh, your thoughts would be different now I bet. It's a shame two of them lost their lives because of a stupid act they decided to do and I feel bad for their families right now. But hey, keep the ignorant comments coming that are full of filth & hate because I'm sure it is the same filth & hate you spew in person making this world such a "better place to live". Maybe it's easier to act like an idiot online because your face is hidden? My heartfelt prayers go out to all of the families who are involved & I hope that the boy in the hospital learns from this horrible situation & betters himself so he can becomes a productive, law-abiding citizen since he was fortunate enough to live. By-the-way, I grew up in Schererville and am white......imagine that.
