- However, one girls alibi is her mother saying she was at home with her. What parent isn't going to say that? Dustin's done something stupid, why wouldn't his best friend help him? I'm having a hard time believing that unknown female DNA isn't hers. Plus they live so close she could have snuck out.

- I agree with your comment about showing intelligence. But we have to remember that he's 20, so we have all of his 20 year old friends trying to defend him. But on the other hand, if I had a son who looks so guiltily to the public I'd be keeping quiet. His father is obnoxious. You could very well call me a pos parent if I responded like he did.

- I find it hilarious that they are trying to blame everyone in valparaiso, actually I believe a year ago they tried to blame this on a series of murders or rapes from another state. His dad said 13 people could have had access to that gun. If I was the prosecutor ( I can't imagine this wont be done but who knows) I'd make each one testify if they took the gun and their where abouts that night. These are Dustin's so called friends or FAMILY that he's throwing under the bus. He's a joke

- Here is a fact. 1987 was the first time DNA was used in criminal cases. I said this on another article. How the heck did we convict murderers before then?!?!??!? Please tell me. If DNA is the ONLY way you want to convict someone and create a laughable defense by saying " dustin isn't the only tall person" you are delusional. Put the facts together that you so care about and think straight. It scares me that people like you are out there. Makes me sick. Go read my post further down and put those facts with yours.
