This case was four years ago and no one else has been killed. Some people do learn from their mistakes. Yes, you know nothing at all.

She was a teenager who made a mistake. How many people have driven a car at 80 mph down a country road? How many people ride around with their teenagers all day to make sure they're not driving a car at 80 mph? She was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. It was an ACCIDENT. Yes, she should have a penalty for killing her friend. On top of a penalty she has to live everyday with the fact that her mistake killed her friend. But a felony??? This girl is NOT a felon and this case should NOT have taken four years.
