ya let's just skip all this and let kids come to a school sanctioned event impaired or better yet let's let them get impaired while there and then leave in cars... I mean the constitution allows our children the rights to do what they want, right? Better yet, let's change the laws and allow our children to consume alcohol legally, then we don't even have to worry about trying to keep them safe. Hey, wait a minute.. I think there was something written about the responsibility to keep our kids safe at school events, I am sure there was because we love to sue schools that don't.... now where did I see written school rules issued every school year.....

since the media is so found of "educating" us on what's happening at the "deadly meeting places" such as legal gun shows, perhaps they can have a few undercover investigative reporters at some other real killing places where death occurs at a much higher rate such as tobacco shops and fast food places... those cigarettes and fatty foods kill more Americans every year... I believe the C.D.C. ( a Federal agency) can confirm this...hrmmmm

still waiting to read what exactly the issue of trying to prevent carrying is? All I ever see is the gov't trying to stop it??? I guess they feel they don't need to justify it, and that these bodyguard covered politicians thinks guns are bad to carry except for their protection?

hrmm.. instead of Professor "Peabody" coming in with statistical data about comparisons of apples and oranges, maybe a common sensed individual should go to jurisdictions that have strip clubs and gather police reports from activities from the these clubs vs activities from the local bars... ill betcha that bars in those same areas generate substantially more criminal reports then the strip clubs.. and that seems to be what everyone is concerned about.......... or is it?
