is a statement from the SouthShore about their pathetic performance of late. Of course, mostly them seem to be blaming others in the statement and not themselves.

"November rush hour performance is 72%." I wonder what that actually means? Probably, 72% of the time, the train is anywhere from on time to 15 mins late. That's probably what the Southshore means is good performance...ugh.
