Just read some old articles on this case. Dustin was charged with Class A Felony. So I google to see how much time he could possibly get and here was an aticle I found

Sounds like Davis Malinkski that killed Lorraine Kirkley convicted in 1999 later confessed to where the body was after he found religion. Wonder if this will be the same for the weapon?

If found innocent he could be out partying tomorrow night no doubt wearing a long sleeve orange T-shirt. I have a daughter myself and just can't imagine what Amanda's parents must be going through right now. I really pray they can begin to heal but as we all know there will always be an emptiness in their hearts.
