- Now now, don't encourage republican policy. What got this country into the mess its in, in the first place. If only they were smart enough to realize it.

- I'm in favor of unions, depends on the trade. The ones where you actually go to vocational school for 3-5 years in the construction trade mostly. I honestly don't feel for these guys, they new Hostess filed for bankruptcy protection in Jan. this year and then when Sept. came for negotiations they refused to give in to a slight pay cut in order to keep them working and now they all have no jobs. YOU BROUGHT THIS ON YOURSELVES TEAMSTERS!!!

- Well you can thank your man Mitch here in Indiana for fing that up. That's what repbulicans want is to control you. They don't want smart individuals going out into the world. Where as democrats and union workers receive the on the job training and schooling they require to become journeyman workers. Such as, pipe fitters. They have to undergo 4-5 years of classes specific to their trade before they become journeyman. Destroying unions will simply destroy proper training for these type of industrial jobs because in a non-union environment the boss has total control of your job and how you progress. You can be the best employee and so what? doesn't mean squat. I'm speaking from experience for working a non-union const. job before i went back to college and now work in const. management.

- If only other hoosiers saw it your way. Well the old people will be all gone soon enough and start making room for more democrats. The general public of old people in this state is Republican and that is changing. More and more young people are starting to realize how destructive republicans are to the middle class(teachers) for example. Soon enough republicans will belittle themselves to nothing.
