  1. I am not sure where you are getting your information. The students that were interviewed for this article are here on an F-1 visa and have to prove to the federal government that they have the means and financial support to pay for their own education. They are not eligible for any assistance from the United States federal government in terms of financial aid. The students that are at PUC all have provided financial support evidence at least twice, once to the university, and once to the US embassy overseas. Please stop from making assumptions about this group of people as you do not work with them on a daily basis, understand government regulations and assist in ensuring they succeed in achieving their goals while here.

    In fact, the international students provide a source of income to various businesses while here, I believe at last count, across the United States, international students contributed 21.81 billion dollars to the US economy. So... cut the bull, you don't know what you're talking about with this population of students.
