I give Lansing credit for trying to lure businesses to the area, but it's hopeless. It starts at Torrence Ave. Any potential business owners entering Lansing from the expressway need only drive a short distance north or south and see the vacant store fronts to get an idea of what's going on here. It's a wasteland currency exchanges, loan stores, etc. No one want's to shop here.
