Imagine that...State revenues and surpluses go down as corporations get tax breaks and tax refunds. I wounder how many of those corporations (not to mention their executives) actually paid a tax rate that the average Indiana worker pays? And I know that I am stuck with a 7% sales tax to make up for what they are not paying.
