- Rico you are correct. The music teacher was not fired - she retired at the end of the 2012 school year. And the new music director is perfect for the school and is definitely not in a band with the principal. What a bunch of garbage. If you were an "insider" as thanksbutno says he/she is they would've known that. I highly doubt that the superintendent of schools would not pick up her phone. Get a life.
