- Even if it was legal and/or he got permission from the Council, what justifies his taking the lion's share of the BONUS meant to go to those that actually performed the work? They are the ones that deserve the extra monies and need the incentive to go the extra mile, not the highly paid officials that are supposed to oversee the operation. Greed multiplies on the County dole! Hiding behind bad advice doesn't cut it either. Take responsibility for your own actions and check the law first before you phil your pockets but then, maybe the law isn't his strong suit!
