- I do agree that this whole thing is very strange especially the boyfriend part. I live some houses down and had the boyfriend, as the police allegedly have said, at my door around 5:30 that morning ringing my door bell scaring my family. we were awoken abruptly and did not get to the door in time to see who was at it, thank goodness. this person bled on my doorstep and i am assuming was trying to get help. not sure why you would leave if a woman was being beaten but we'll never know. i'm guessing he made the attempt to get her help by coming to a house. we'll never know, may this poor woman RIP and her daughter be taken care of
