- I completely agree with Armymom. I think this is absolutely ridiculous!! When a person commits a crime and breaks the law, they should not expect to go to the Hilton, they're going to jail. I've heard they were served food with mold and had to sleep on concrete, but all of the people who obeyed the law, did not have to deal with it. Why? Because we have the higher standards and morals and the ones who do not, get sent a check. Do you know how many boys in their early 20s are getting money from this? One told me they were going to take a vacation with this money! They're getting a free vacation because they broke the law and went to jail!! There are struggling families and single parents that work hard and do not commit crimes and we will continue to try to make ends meet while ex inmates get rewarded for their jail time.
